I am only designing for blogger hosted blogs at this time.
All communication is done via email. Please be sure to check your email regularly during the design process.
Failure to respond to an email within 5 business days may result in your order being moved to the bottom of the wait list.
While I appreciate the confidence in my creativity, I would rather not surprise you with your design. Prior to placing an order, please make sure you have a good idea of the design direction you want for your blog or design project. You will be given a design questionnaire to help guide you along in this process. I will not start your designs until you have answered this in its entirety.
As a part time freelance graphic designer, I do not keep traditional hours. However, I do try to respond to all emails within 24 hours during the week (M-F) and as quickly as possible on the weekends.
I do not work on Holidays.
All payments to be made via PayPal. By paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
Please let me know if the name on your PayPal account is different than the one used in your order.
Due to the nature of my business, absolutely no refunds will be given. If you need to terminate a design, I will offer you a design credit for six months. This credit does not carry over any specials or packages from the time of purchase. You will be subject to current pricing.
Full payment, completed design questionnaire, any graphics, images or text are required to be placed on wait list.
Turnaround time is dependent on wait list placement and number of orders. I work as quickly as I can to keep that time as short as possible. I will give you an estimate for your projects time frame once payment has been received.
I want you to absolutely adore what I create for you, so please be sure to fill out your design questionnaire completely. I will not move forward on your designs until I have adequate information from you.
Your designs will be based off the answers from your design questionnaire. Any changes (colors, style, etc) from this once the design process has started may incur additional design fees.
Two reasonable revisions will be included in your design process (unless otherwise stated with your purchase). Any excessive revisions or extreme changes in design preferences will incur additional design fees starting at $5.
I can not be responsible for any images, graphics or text you provide for you blog makeover or other graphic design project. Please be sure you have the appropriate permissions prior to sending these elements to me.
A small Tricia Nae Designs graphic will be placed on your blog linking to my site and giving me design credit. This is to remain on your blog as long as my design work (including any html coding) is present on your blog.
I will need your blogger sign on information (email and password) in order to install your blog. Please be assured this information is for installation purposes only, and will be kept private. If you would like, you can change your password temporarily during the design process, and then change it back after I have completed installation. Just be sure to let me know the correct sign on information.
If you would prefer to add me as temporary admin to your blog, that is fine as well.
I reserve the right to turn down any order I feel is not in mine and/or the clients best interest to move forward with.
